The greatest cause of unbelief in the world today is not the theory of evolution; it is not the secular approach to life; it is not drugs and it’s long reaching arms; it is not that we can’t read the Bible or pray in schools; it is not that our government won’t be more sympathetic to the Christian cause. The greatest cause of unbelief in the world today and in the United States today and in our community today is the poor testimony of those who profess to follow Christ. Too often we proclaim unity and yet live divided over the most trivial of matters.

It was Bertrand Russell, the great atheist philosopher of the 17th century that said, “If Christians practiced what they believed they would change the world.” Gandhi said that he would love to become a Christian…He was just waiting to meet someone who sincerely lived out what Jesus taught.

Today, why not start something new! Not only act like a Christian, but today react like a Christian.
